NED Masterminds

A 12-month programme to bring your boardroom issues or opportunities to a confidential and highly-accomplished group of 6-8 board directors.

Meet every two months under Chatham House Rule, to learn, network and benchmark your approach with other board directors.

Starting 11th of April 2025.

Price: £1,000 inc VAT for 12 months, including annual membership to Nurole Plus.

Who is it for?

The NED Mastermind programme is for anyone with a non-executive directorship or trusteeship. You can be based anywhere worldwide as bi-monthly sessions are held online. You will be added to a group by the Nurole team with NEDs who are most relevant to your boardroom experience. You don’t have to attend every session if something important comes up, but we hope you can.

How it works

Each session is a stand-alone two-hour session. Your topic or someone else’s will be given the spotlight.

Share your issue or opportunity

E.g. A problem executive, an evasive CEO, a disengaged Chair, being the newest NED in the room, boardroom bullying.

The group asks you clarifying questions

10 to 15 minutes for the group to deeply understand the issue or opportunity and its impact on you.

Listen to your peers' ideas and their approach

Under Chatham House Rule, benefit from the experience of a seasoned group of NEDs to map out several solutions.

Programme overview

Cohorts begin three times per year. After the first session, the next five sessions will be scheduled around your calendar. For the April cohort you need to register by 10/04/25.

How much does the programme cost?

The NED Mastermind is £1,000 including VAT for the year. This can be paid annually or quarterly. You also get an annual membership to Nurole Plus at no additional cost, offering exceptional value for members.

How long does it last?

The programme runs for 12 months from the start date, with 6x 2-hour meetings scheduled around your calendar.

What is the format?

Online 2-hour video calls, chaired by Nurole or an experienced NED from our network.

How do I know which group I will be in?

Nurole will build you a group of NEDs with a similar level of experience, looking out for potential conflicts of interest.

What happens if I can’t make the date of the first session?

New cohorts will be announced in the coming months, so stay tuned.
